In Iqbal's poetry, Hazrat Ibrahim's name has been used in many places. When describing his forgiveness by Allah to Allama Iqbal, he looks back to the past, which is the historical event that he feels is closest to him. They give symbolic figures very beautifully, especially in him; there is a lot of use of Qur'anic hints. So, let's make an example. Iqbal has presented Hazrat Ibrahim's fearless jump into the fire of Namrud, running a knife on Hazrat Ismail's neck, the spirit of loyalty and sacrifice as an example of self-sacrifice for others. In his Urdu poetry, Allama Iqbal has made good use of the life and character of Hazrat Ibrahim Khalilullah, who is the leader of monotheists and whose courageous fight against falsehood will continue to warm the hearts of all ages. Iqbal has given a message to adopt the lofty role of Ibrahim Khalilullah in his poetry. He also emphasises the identity of contemporary Namruds and guides the Ummah to the path of unity as well as progress and perfection.
