Policy for the Editors

    • The Editor holds full responsibility for upholding and enhancing the quality of the journal.
  • He/She possesses complete authority to accept or reject any submitted manuscript, based on the journal’s publishing policy, the scholarly merit of the topic, quality of references, depth of material, presentation, language, and overall professional standards.
  • The Editor ensures that every manuscript undergoes a rigorous blind peer review process.
  • A thorough plagiarism check is conducted for each submission, in strict compliance with the HEC Plagiarism Policy.
  • The Editor is obligated to follow the journal’s policies independently, without influence from any institutional or external pressure.
  • When necessary, the Editor will issue a corrigendum to address corrections, clarifications, or formal apologies.
  • The Editor may appoint or revise the composition of the Editorial and Advisory Boards at any time.
  • Regular editorial board meetings are conducted to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the journal.
  • In the selection of articles for publication, the Editor remains impartial, disregarding factors such as gender, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, cultural sentiments, political affiliations, seniority, or institutional associations of the author(s).
  • The Editor strives to respond promptly to author queries regarding submitted manuscripts.
  • In cases of potential conflict of interest, the Editor will refrain from editing the concerned manuscript and will ensure that reviewers/evaluators disclose any such conflicts to maintain transparency and impartiality.
  • The Editor guarantees the confidentiality of all manuscript content before publication, both at his/her end and that of the reviewers.
