Abstract

Iqbal Sajid is one of the great poets of modern poetry. Having a deep sense of humanity and the prosperity of mankind, no doubt he was a person who was never to be recognized as a good person, but no one can deny his poetic contribution in literature. He died at the age of 49. His poetic contribution, known as poetry, is a soft-hearted person’s poetry. Critics only put emphasis on one side. This article will show the other aspects of it. Iqbal Sajid’s poetry is a sample of modern thoughts and expressions. Having a sense of humanity, he can be forgotten in the history of Urdu Ghazal.
